The Middle East & African Heads of Retail Banking Dialogue 2014

The Dragon Banker is holding its premier "The Middle East & African Heads of Retail Banking Dialogue 2014" on November 5th 2014, in Dubai, the UAE. The closed-door dialogue is aimed to showcase the region's booming financial services market, identify key strategies and technologies to enhance customer service, and to reveal how key players in the region are developing. Past Event

The Dragon Banker's The Middle East & African Heads of Retail Banking dialogue will be held over dinner, and will become  an ongoing series of conversations between key players in the African and Middle Eastern banking industry to regularly review changes to the retail banking landscape and how these banks are using technology and best practices to not only compete nationally, but also to expand globally. The Dragon Banker is having this dialogue to identify the proper technology architecture that will aid African and Middle Eastern banks to become global, more efficient and effective, and to keep costs down. The dialogue will be interactive, and look at how to achieve operational efficiency while improving channels and back and mid office operations.

The key players include Heads of Retail Banking, directors and associate directors of retail banking, heads of marketing and directors of marketing, and senior managers from Middle Eastern and African banks.

Approximately 25 key executives from Middle Eastern and African banks are being handpicked to attend. It will be a small but high-level closed-door dialogue. The countries that will be represented are:
