Approximately 20-30 key executives across Africa, and international experts are being handpicked for The African International Heads of Retail Banking Dialogue. This roundtable will be held over an exquisite dinner, and will become a serious of conversations between key players in across multiple emerging and developed African countries, along with international technology trendsetters.
This year’s roundtable comes at a unique time as Africa continues to develop technologies to tap the unbanked and under-banked across the region. Regional African banks are improving their channels, becoming digital, and improving payment channels to ensure all clients from all segments have access to financial services.
Our comprehensive agenda features top retail bankers and experts across the financial industry continuum, which will share their views and offer clarity on many important topics, including:

This will be a two-hour dialogue from 5:15pm to 7:15pm in a roundtable format to ensure the sharing of ideas between the decision-makers and executives, and the dinner will have opportunities for thought leaders to speak and present new and innovative ideas in retail banking an technology.
